Are the new teams (or teams with 1-2 year experience) able to buy 20K level 7 coach now?

Rich will be rich anyway, but with freeze of salaries - new guys are able to play 2 seasons --> make their 1 player a coach lvl 6 and train your all your prospects.

The issue is the money you save by freezing salaries is just going to drive the cost up somewhere else. That $4 million you don't spend to replace a trainer when their salary gets too high just goes onto the transfer market with 19000 others with the same amount of money saved. A $4 million player in the current market would cost double in 2-3 seasons.

I've settled on level 5 trainers after having a level 6. Many out there are happy settling on level 4. It depends on whether you're prepared to burn a hole in your finances for the highest possible training or train for value while investing in the rest of your roster.

I think that alone would complicate things more. However, I would support it and am open to trying out ANYTHING regarding staff.

Staff is the most annoying and less enjoyable part of the game. It doesn't add any fun at all. It HAS to be redone, somehow...
