This give me an idea: World All Star. Based on players' skills (maybe it will be full of chinese player). It will be interesting to see.

about tactics - yeah tacticts should be NORMAL attack/man-man defence for everyone.

Yeah of course -

Lets say you put against season 8 winner BC Töröö and this season´s champion.
In that case you should have Töröö players with exact same skills they had on that year and even on that specific final game.

Of course it is tricky when one team has been champion lets say 4 seasons in a row. but then its also possible to differ them- season 8 Töröö; season 9 Töröö etc.
But is it really that hard to get the skills for 35 teams at their prime? 35 x 10-12 players. I agree - if its done manually it would be one day work just for combining the skills. but i think its worth it.
