One important thing. To gain 100% training effect player MUST play AT LEAST 48 minutes at trained position (at C in Your case). He can play all 48 in one match or 2x24 min or other configuration. More than 48 is waste training minutes since he don't get more than 100% training effect

And calculating training effects is not linear, so 24 min at trained position means the player don't get 50% training effecy (actually 25%), so better to play one player 48 minutes at trained position (during week) than play two players for 24 minutes
