It seems it got stuck on a specific country who blocked the remaining entire process since for example for Philippines it was perfectly on time.

I am not sure the BB's are fully aware of how much delayed training annoys their player base.
I'd say it easily outweights any gain they get from the recent new additions.

In Poland the training should take place a couple of minutes before 11 a.m. I actually schedule my meetings at work to have some free time then. Very annoying...
