Try lowering your Luxury box seats to 450 and see if it helps fills up to 80% of your seats. Drop your Lower Tier prices back to 22 and your Courtside seats to 75 and see if that helps. Also if you have the funds to max out your luxury boxes do so as the extra income will help.
