Run away as fast as you can from 2-3 zone. You will get burnt up every time. I once had a squad and actually building up another to play the 3-2. Assuming the 3 outside defenders are your PG/SG/SF. All with at least 16OD and my C/PF would also be strong on ID AND SB. I had also, 3-4 back ups who were pretty balanced and probably could have been used in many line ups as starters but for that team they were perfect for being back ups with a couple having emphasis on 3 pt shooting, Rebounding and high JS. I ran M2M on occasion but was more successful using 3-2 zone against strong outside offense as well as LI offensive tactics. I loved using Patient also and it works great depending on how you place your patient player and Push The Ball was and still a favorite when you have pretty balanced offensive skills from all players on the court.
