This is clear but it means that the winning tactic is to train inside shot instead of outside? Is too easy?

There is no single winning tactic.

I hope but if you check in Italy the champion is training centers and 4/5 teams that arrived in the top division are training centers; is this only good luck?
Then the numbers say that the % of score are much better for the centers and not to the small players. If you want to win a match playing outside you must have excellent players outside and great players inside, instead I've lost some games against more than excellent centers and stop, simply because they've better % of score even if the skill of IS is lvl 9 compare to the lvl 12 of my players in JS.
At the end, I still think that playing inside still gives an advantage; this is a discussion so I'd like to know also what do you think.
Other 2 things that I'd like to write; centers basically need 3 skills and as far as I understood centers thanks to these 3 skills will arrive later to the limt of potential, that's why I'm thinking to change my training...

Well, I play in a small country so I have the luxury of not doing what everyone else does. I train all positions more or less equally over the course of the season. Most of my players are respectable or above in 5 or 6 skills. I play a lot of different tactics, both on offense and defense. I imagine in a few more seasons the teams that train one position and make unbalanced superstar types then sell them for huge money will pass me by (maybe even this season) but I like it the way I do it so that's what I do. And, I have gone 39-5 in my two league seasons. (40-5 including the first game this season...)

I like your approach. It should give you a lower team salary. If the transfer market collapses in certain ways, you might be the big winner I believe. The question is: Can you make enough profit for the time being?

If the transfer market collapses only those with the big $$ balances (or the ability to generate $$) will be winners. The speed it takes to train your whole squad up inch by inch would unlikely lead him to a) want to sell his players or b) have many managers biting the chomp to buy them off him.

One of the main parts of my approach is that I rarely use the transfer market, although I have been dipping in a bit more frequently lately. Also, not using the TL and having a big arena leads to a good amount of $$$ in my bank account.

Not for everyone and probably useful only in small countries, this is how I have played-

** very early on ( after making a few major beginner's blunders ) sold my best player to get solvent. have continued the tradition by TL-ing one of my best players early on in each season. This allows for younger players to get more minutes and provides me with operating capital.

** trained all positions on a rotating schedule

** increased my stadium as often as possible instead of buying and selling players

** bought decent old players very cheap to fill weak positions

** read the rules and forums extensively.

** always kept my roster to 12 players so that all of them get 48+ minutes every week leaving me with lots of training options.

I'm with you - not against you.

I do think you will need to dip into your cash reserves this season and buy big to retain the title though if the other managers continue to concentrate on more intensive training.

At least you have the ability to do so!

What do you think of this idea- I am contemplating tanking this season while spending the maximum on training so I get some high quality draft picks. I will put my main focus on the Cup but not try very hard in the league.

I think you have the cash to be able to win league and cup..... come on.... let other teams develop the draft picks and then you gobble them up with your cash reserves... take advantage of your position dont risk it on some random 18/19yo....
