Vienīgais kandidāts jau nu varētu kaut ko vismaz uzrakstīt, savādāk negribas balsot par tādu, kas pat nevar uzrakstīt pāris teikumus par plāniem utt. Uzreiz jau parāda attieksmi.

Pieteicos lai butu vismaz kkads kanditatu saraksts bet skatos viens atteicas un paliku viens.

In your speech you said, that u have been a scout for BiH previously. What did you use to accomplish the goals?

If you are trying to be a manager of our youth team, then probably you have already seen the situation in our team. For sure, you can't say much just from player salaries, but what are you aiming for with our possible roster? What you want to accomplish? Will you communicate with player managers (18-21 year old players), create a player database for yourself and give player managers some hints in training the young players in that way you want to see them in our national team?

The situation in the team is not important right now.
The country has 190+ members
It is important that after each draft, at least 7-8, Latvian managers who train our "players"
