yes.
also TV revenue is relative to the salaries in the league and the heigher the league the higher the salaries and hence tv.

in my division I we have 230k from tv
in div II in our country its 170k

at times i did make 170 from merch but truth be told i had home grown national team player who scored in his weeks NT game.
you being in the US makes things a lot harder.

also when NT player playes your merch represents a percetage of a salary. so from a 200k player who plays in the NT you may see a bump in merch as high as 50k (from my exp)
would like if others shared their own experiences

That may be low for a homegrown NT starter and high for a foreign player, but you're in the right ballpark. I have a 185k salary starter for my NT (plus a couple more English players and 2 draftees from last season - so you can assume almost all the benefit compared to the league average is from the NT player) and this is my merch for the season:
13/05/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 110 835
20/05/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 107 479
27/05/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 109 717
03/06/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 103 891
10/06/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 105 130
17/06/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 106 352
24/06/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 104 963
01/07/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 105 435
08/07/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 106 441
15/07/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 106 705
22/07/2019 Weekly Merchandise profit $ 104 531

League Averages from Last Week
Expenses Revenue
Staff Salaries: $ 71 945 Merchandise: $ 51 170

so you have extra 50k as oppose to the rest of the league.

glad you added that info as it paints a more complete picture.
thanks!

The extra merch money is a percentage of the player's salary, so that really should not matter. Vecx had 2 NT starters with 200k salary, one he drafted and the other he bought right after the draft. He didn't get 200k extra merch from them.

I am not going to waste any more time with people who just keep ignoring what's being said. I have not been in D1 only twice in the last 15 seasons or so, I know exactly how much my merch income was and the league average because I track the economy numbers among many other things.

What you say is irrelevant in this discussion: the merchandising money boost from NT players is directly linked to 3 factors:
1 minutes played for the NT
2 salary of the player
3 nationality
If the player is homegrown (you drafted him) he will definitely provide an additional boost to merchandising, but no evidence has been provided (that I know of) that a homegrown player will bring in a higher % of salary as merch income from NT games than any other player of the same nationality. Homegrown teams with no NT players usually have a much higher merch income than normal teams.

All of this doesn't change at different division levels. So if the boost is 50k in D1 it would be the same 50k in D2 or D3 or D4.

It does not depend on division level. Some seasons ago with my old team i had like 85k merchandise with 350k salary homegrown team in div 3; promoted, salaries increased to 450+k and merchandise kept the same....

Higher division have higher mechandise only because of higher salaries of their players, alittle bit from NT players too. It is salary percentage mostly.
