I guess the whole thing. Obviously with training, we’re trying to get at least 2 players with 48mins, and ideally 3.

I just notice that some teams can get through with around 10-12 players and still maintain excellent minutes and GS, and even sometimes compete in 2 league matches and a cup match. Doing it with 12 seems logical, but sometimes 10 and 11.... And sometimes people seem to have only about 7/8 actual competitive players.

Wondering if I’m missing something.

I think, and again I don't have much experience yet with that side of BB, but I think that teams with particularly small rosters like B3 teams rely heavily on stamina.

With high enough stamina, the GS impacts of heavy minutes during the week are lessened as I understand it which means that the number of minutes that your stars can play during the week without losing GS increases. Then it would just be a matter of, if you can't start all your stars in every game, picking which games to start them in. Doctors with Massage speciality and also the Sports Psychologist staff member help players deal with heavy minute loads as well. I imagine some of the more competitive players have the impact of those staff members and of higher levels of stamina down to a science.

Cheers!

I'd achieved a decent level of success, but can honestly say since investing in sports psychologist and massage doctor about two seasons ago, they are hugely worth it. My performance has shot up dramatically since I can rely on having my starters usually start both league matches (or if I want to focus on the cup, one league game and one cup game).

Before that, I'd either have to make the decision to have them start one game and backup 1-2 games, or run the risk of dropping GS badly if I did start them twice.
