I'm sorry that my long team name and long team names of other users are making you sad.

I think that the upcoming website modernization could solve it - automatically adjusting to the width of the browser window.
Shorter width = team names shortened. More width = fully team names can be displayed. Just an idea. Right now the site has a fixed width.
