Height has a major impact on training, especially the speed of the training.
The main skills relating to the height, such as Js, JR, OD, PA for small ones and IS, ID, RB, BLK for tall ones are developing much faster.
Example a 226cm "extra tall" player in terms of inside skills will train faster than a 205cm player and so for a 183cm player will train much faster in terms of outside skills than a 195cm one player.
Regarding Stamina it is also important as you can consider like your 3rd defensive skill.
- the lower the stamina the less minutes that a player can play
- the lower the stamina the more fault the player will commit in the 2nd half, or more mistake he will make.
