Actually a great training facility
So... The final balance is still the same.

You just have to manage your money in a ... manager game

The only issue with this may be teams with negative weekly income considering taxes, but still, both switching ASG home court and mixing conferences will not help. One of these solutions might tho.

Or am I just high?

I think you forgot to add the Saturday league game of the 13th week as you were playing home there. Your "missing" income should come from there.
