Hey guys,

I am also an experienced manager, lead BSR Berlin (https://buzzerbeater.com/team/26294/overview.aspx) until Season 46 but came back soon and had a restart.

I have ideas how to select a special team who can suprise better, stronger teams.
I trained my own players a lot and give advices and of course I am motivated
