Hadi bakalım ben de adaylığımı açıklayım. Ben U21 milli takım için yeni bir anlayış olarak ekipsiz olarak tek başıma aday oluyorum. Eğer oyuncu yetiştirmek isteyen koçlar varsa benimle iletişime geçip haber verdikleri takdirde gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yapacağım. Farkına vardım ki eğer bir koç oyuncu yetiştirmek istiyorsa bunu yapabiliyor ancak bizde sadece reklam ve suçlama kültürü var. Eğer bir oyuncuyu yetiştirmek istiyorsan zaten oyuncu belli bir noktaya geliyor. Bu sebeple U21 milli takıma girme ihtimali olan ve koçu benimle iletişime geçen tüm koçlara yardımda bulunmaya çalışacağım.
Herhangi bir grupla alakam olmadığı için oyunculara karşı adaletli olup formayı hak edene vereceğim. Eğer özelden veya forumdan taktik öneride bulunan hocalarım olursa bunları da göz önüne alıp kararımı vereceğim.
Diğer arkadaşlara seçimde başarılar dilerim.

GForce here! Former USA U21 coach who holds the most wins in team's history.

Turkey has about 1/2 of active users compared to the US user base and yet the last time the team appears in the final stage is season 41. I believe together, we will be able to take this team further than it has ever been and I know what it takes to get there.

This will be a minimum 4 seasons project, but I am willing to devote the time and resources to take Turkish U21 where it belongs.

I have also brought together 4-5 devoted managers to help in the cause of making Turkey one of the best in the world.

Vote for G, if you want to make history and be part of something great!

Difficult things are what I like to do, including taking Türkiye U21 to Worlds Final in the near future. Let's take our discussion to the debate thread though :)
