As a head coach, I would place emphasis on training young players with 8+ potential.
Andorra should get 2-3 players from each U21 team who would be at the level of the main team.
I wouldn't pick the 18 best lineups of the moment, but I would also look 2-4 seasons ahead. To ensure the consistency of the team level.
