The game manual of tactics page says,
It's recommended to assign at least 3 starters to your lineup, otherwise, the coach might completely change the lineup.

Oh I think you misunderstood. I had full setup for both games, my opponent from previous game didn't have setup at all, this is why I had technical win. He sold all his players, received 3 from draft but never logged in to setup them.
On my next game (the one that gave me issue) I reused setup from previous game.
I can only assume that what I see on website is not what server has

Oops! My fault.
Can you use "Load Former Match Tactics" to show the lineup of that match?
Is it possible that "Send Orders" is not successful?

I'll try to reproduce it for my BBM match that is upcoming and will share video here.

(I work in game development and I hate it when you don't have solid STR )

I couldn't reproduce it, done the changes and they applied.

Can you use "Load Former Match Tactics" to show the lineup of that match?

it shows the one in the report and it's my default.

Is it possible that "Send Orders" is not successful?

I usually double-check the lineup and it was correct

A user from Israel experienced something similar. A player from the reserves opened the game in the starting 5, even though the game tactics was telling the coach to follow the lineup and there were no blank positions.
