Great topic, and welcome to all new teams (btw). Definitely a competitive group here. When I am surprised there even still is a D4, with player attrition, but keeps it interesting!
Do not sleep on the fan survey, when that dips, your whole economy can get out of whack fast.
And build up your arena, that was a topic last season, some people go light there, possibly in favor of big money players, and miss out on gobs of revenue. Don't leave arena and ticket prices at the default. Wins are good, but money is better, you are running a team! Be profitable.
