That is, if he can afford it. Without playing any games so far you have little idea of what income you'll have from tickets. Seems risky but your call.

How much better is a trainer 9 compared to say a trainer 5? Do the trainers improve about the same amount between each level so the difference between a 1 and 2 is the same as between a 8 and 9. Or are there diminishing returns so the difference between a 1 and 2 is huge but there is only a little between an 8 and 9? Also, How much of a difference in training speed does each level of trainer give? It's hard to determine how much money to spend on a trainer without knowing the impact they'll have.

Strange. Your transfer history says that you have bought around $300k worth of players. Perhaps those are transfers for the team that existed prior to your takeover.

Note that all of those bought players are "retired"...

If you are in debt, you will be charged 5%/week interest until you are back even. If you drop below -$500k, you must get out of debt within two weeks or you will be fired as general manager because the team goes bankrupt.
