since this thread is here, i'll also put up another issue I would like to raise again:

After that "Stadium Arcadium" thing, my stadium seat's division went from 4500-450-50-0 to 4950-50-0-0 .

AND the prices to build became higher.

I think is really unfair for teams in the same situation as mine, that got the team before the changes, never made any contructions, and now I got a worst arena then new users.

My arena is a lot worse than before the changes.

I was extremely proactive with my arena construction, and I lost my ton of luxury boxes.

The arena changes affected everyone.

What size arena do new users get? I just added a few courtside/luxury boxes to see how they sell, along with raising prices on the lower end seats. Interested to see how the seat pricing changes effect attendance (hopefully not at all!)

JuicePats, what you are saying is completely different from what me and domenico are saying. You invested on the stadium when the prices were cheaper, that's why your arena suffered reductions, to make it fair to the people starting off after you and that will have to pay more to make the same changes you did. So that's fine.

The problem is that people (like me and domenico) that did not take advantage of the fact that the prices to build were cheaper (cause we didn't know they were going to be increased) and still sufferred the same punishment that the people (like you) that built have.

So now the new users start off with a stadium that is better then ours (mine and domenico's, and many others). That is clearly and completely not fair.

Either the people that didn't build anything before have their stadium's converted back to 4500-450-50-0 (which still won't cover the huge amopunt of money they lost in all the games played, but at least is a start) or the new users have to start with a 4950-50-0-0 stadium.

Best bet would be to change everyone who hasn't upgraded to 4500-450-50-0. Though you say that wouldn't cover the huge amount of money lost...what do you mean? If you mean the difference in income between your arena and the new users, it amounts to 2k-3k at the most if you sellout. I did upgrade before the change and I'm losing about 20k per game now(if ticket prices were the same) with the new seats on top of the upgrade cost.

no, I met all the games my team played with the 4950-50-0-0, which included all the playoffs on the league. But I don't expect that problem to be solved. it's in the past. Forget it.

What I think now is that the current situation is unsustainable. New teams have a better arena then me and there is no plausible reason for such thing.

i agree.. i think we will upgrade the old teams to the arena new users get ASAP. i know you can't get that money back... but i'm afraid there is nothing to be done.. we really did have to redo the arena economy, and if we left it the old way you'd be the one with the giant advantage... there are costs to being an early adopter ;) but don't worry.. there will be benefits too (besides having a headstart to build a better team)

I have to agree 100% with you, is not fair that older users start with a worst Arena than newer users, we all should get the 4500-450-50-0 arena
