to your first question, 3-2 should contain them... much better if your guards are strong in OD

on your second question, any offense with fast pace, maybe will contain the man to man defense

Run & Gun still seems one of the most powerful offenses and it takes some seriously high levels of OD (3 guards with Prolific) to close down a Strong+ team rating......

I would say depending on the quality of your defence, concede the fact that your opponent is going to score a fair few points and look to attack his weakest spot and hope to shade a pointsfest!!

Also if possible, the best to beat man to man


I against the strong perimeter teams, especially against RnG, I prefer 1-3-1. I have 7 players in my roster with respectable or better OD. Last nights' match for me was a big blowout victory, but I was able to shutdown the league leading scorer without breaking much of a sweat. And, my normal starting guards got very limited playing time. (6332913)
