As you can probably appreciate I have watched Rusu's 2 x recent 2 week injuries like a hawk.
He recovered on my early morning Tues update which was the 9th update after he went from showing +2 to +1....
His first injury was inline and his +1 disappeared in exactly 7 updates.
It would seem so logical to me for a +1 injury to mean 1-7 days, a +2 injury to mean 8-14 days, and so on. I don't understand at all why a +1 would mean 7-13 days. Does that mean there are no injuries that heal in fewer than 7 days (aside from those where the person is healed at the end of a game)? Or perhaps we have a "bruised" condition (which is hidden) when there's less than a week to go?
Anyway, I've had two injuries recently. One was a +1 that disappeared in exactly 7 updates. The other is a +2 that just turned to a +1 today after 4 updates (assuming 1 update/day from Sat to Wed). I'm hoping he's healthy in 7 days - I suppose we'll see.
As Kozlodoev is notorious for arguing points (or disagreeing) with practically anything anyone cares to post I will inform anyone who is interested in listening that when an injured player goes from +2 to +1 there is no guarantee he is then 7 days from being healed. Thats why I asked the question if I have a +3 and it could take 13 days for him to go to +2 then it could theoretically be possible for a +3 week injury to take 39days to heal AND if this is the case then then the actual amount of weeks injured is about as useful as an arena construction estimate.
I'm fine if we don't have an actual formula for the length of time that a player is injured. But I don't understand why my player page says "Injury! 1 weeks." and he'd be injured for more than 1 week.
I also don't understand why player injuries aren't mentioned anywhere in the rules (except to say that doctors help reduce the chance the risk of injury and that injuries can occur in BBB and national team games).
