If he's the one with the 38000+ salary, he's probably peaked. But you could try starting him at the point and working on his passing skills.

Why? As far as I know, once the potential is reached, all skills will train slower.

Im thinking myself and the bangers are going to have to compare notes on skill levels and total skills to establish what "allstar" means in that case....thanks for the info
