just give him another week, and maybe he pops twice (JS and JR)

i am too am disturb with this events

right now im aiming for a 5-6 sensational status but by the looks of this i think even by the end of next season i might not even get pass half imagine 3 weeks already and not a pop

It also depends what his other stats are and how many positions you are training at once.
Training one position goes faster than training multiple.
If the other stats are worse than the one you train, it will go slower than if all other stats are better.

the person already said 3 weeks

your telling me even with a good skill level he stillneeds to wait over 3 weeks to get a pop on that skill?

i know someone who train his guard, that guard only has od with a better skill level and when he trains other skills it doesnt pop as fast as the od would you imagine even a consecutive pop in consecutive weeks.

I am just saying that we don't have all the info needed.
He asks for help, we can give him a kind of "checklist" to see if strange things are happening. If it's still strange, he can contact a GM.

We both don't know how many positions he is training. If it's the whole team it doesn't seem impossible to have no pop within 3 weeks. Does he get enough training minutes (48) on the trained spot?
While I'm willing to offer some possible explanations, I
A/ don't know the knowledge of the other manager.
B/ don't have the time to scout the player for myself in detail.
C/ can't see all of his settings.

I am trainning PG & SG and for 3 weeks nothing happend for the SG (4681778) and the PG (2941637) hasn't see popup...

Trains JR @ 3-4 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-5 weeks
Trains DV @ ?
Trains HN @ ?

your PG and SG will raise next week if you trained them at least 48 min per week on this positions

sometimes player raises after 3 week, sometimes after 4 week, nothing strange here
