Last season, if I remember correctly, there was some delay and the draft results were made public on Tuesday.

i have scouted 1 player at week for 5k dollars. i have 20 players in my draft list. does i still get 3 players out of draft?

yes, you will still only get 3 players... the money you pay towards scouting helps you determine what the better players are and what not, so it makes it easier to pick. even than it can happen you don´t get the 3 players you want...
