The level of both ID and Shot Blocking is only Respectable. I am training two positions, but before he used to pop in two pr three training max. For example he is Proficient in IS and it always took two three trainings.

This player is receiving training correctly, and his skills are improving. If you keep training the same skills, eventually you will see the results.
