Not a bug, most likely osmosis training.


sorry my first language is not english, but i dont understand "osmosis". My english is not bad though and i have even used the dictionary, but i still dont get a clue.

I do understand that trained players get a pop in something that i did not train. For example training pressure and someone gets a pop in Handling. what I dont understand that somebody gets a pop who did not even play the trained position. I might need some help to understand the training system.
Is it possible that I train my centers on inside shot and my PG (only playing PG) gets a pop in jump shot????
its a bit surprising to me!!!

Every player gets at least a tiny bit of training in whatever the trained skill is.

That player must have been very close to the next level.
