well, to make it an interesting election, there should be at least two candidates i guess.

and to keep it interesting, i won't bore you readers with as much text as the reputable Calum... ;-)

so just the facts about the situation...:

=> the cooperation of the previous u21-coach with the nt-coach wasn't good

=> the scottish u21 wasn't performing well in the past

=> there is potential to do way better

...and about me:

=> i'm an experienced bb-user

=> i worked with your current nt-coach s.bock in the past to improve the nt and learned, that with a good coach small nations can be very successful

=> i'm not scottish. so if you want one of your fellow countrymen to become coach (what i would absolutely understand), don't vote for me

i hope a lot of scottish users become interested in this election, because in this case literally one vote can make the difference :-)

hello, my name is tobi and i´m also going to candidate as you u21 coach. here is a short introduction of what i want to do:
maybe you´ll know me as one of your german nt-scouts. i´ve been playing buzzerbeater since the beginning of season 5. i´ve started this game because basketball is my passion since i was 3 years old.
with my own team i couldn´t manage to get up to league 3 so far because of the excellent opponents i´ve always had, but i wouldn´t say that i was unsuccesful.
my team has played in the same tactical way most of the time. this was only because i didn´t have many alternatives in my roster but íf i became coach of your u21-nt i´d be a lot more flexible with the tactics and wouldn´t be afraid of risking something for being succesful. my aim is to bring your team into top 55 in bb-world.

i promise you to do a solid job and get the best out of your team. be sure that i´ll communicate a lot with the senior´s coach for preparing your players for the nt and also with each of you scotish managers trying to do what you want to see.

so, if you liked what you´ve just read, easily vote for tobi112 ;)
