Two other items that would be nice on the transfer list.

1) List by time remaining - no real point in bidding until the last few hours of the listing.

2) "Buy it Now" - buy the player immediately for a fixed price instead of waiting three days for the entire auction.

Buy It Now will almost certainly never happen, as it's too easy to use that sort of mechanism to cheat.
