Right. It still shows him injured when he should have returned a week ago. I had an other guy get injured for one week, and he should have returned too. I am not sure what is happening but I hope it gets fixed =/

Yes but higher level doctors have influence on the injuries when they actually occure. So having a higher level doctors -> prevent some injuries sticking and some injuries duration is lowered.
