Economic impact : You will be increasing your weekly expenditure with a new staff member. I suspect a lot of managers will want to run a level 5 Coach minimum, so look at an additional 20k+ in staff wages every week.

Economic impact: Price for recruiting good couch would be at least 500k-700k and even more, because everybody would like to have best coach.

Clubs from lower leagues, clubs who cant afford lvl5-lvl7 coach will not stand any chance in games with richer clubs with better team and better coach

You do understand that coach is the same for everyone? Staff has a trainer spot so basically every club has the same coach. With higher level trainer you win in training speed.

U r right, but it can be compensated with, for example, improved TV contract ...
I think there are several ways to avoid immediate economic impact.

We can also consider the possibility to give more knowledge to trainer. Then we will not have additional 20K+ salary
