Training slows gradually from the very beginning, so 22 years isn´t any "wall".. the training is indeed slower than in age 18, but still trainable.. it is up to every manager when he wants to stop training and get new ones. Here is one "wall", which we call a soft cap and it is related with potential, you can read more about it in rules or in already existing threads on the forums.
