Uhm, every trainer dream scenario.)

I would surely avoid any money realtion to this the worst thing possible would be if this would become another way how to purchase sumething. This should be the same for every team no matter theor level, finances, anything. I wonder what SF trainers will say but I'm sure everybody would say some day "why this wasn't implemented I need it now!":)

A fair example to help all teams could be that player X works hard in the off season on his range or stamina and he gets a boost for next season. I'm not suggesting all players get this but you have players who work hard in the off season Some to lose weight or gain muscle ( Kendrick Perkins after his rookie and second year) other to be a better FT shooter (Amare after his rookie season) Other might work on their conditioning or defense. Maybe have 1 or 2 players get a bump every year would be fair for everyone. You have no say in who or what they improve on.

This does not favor any teams with money and it is a nice surprise to see player X go from a level 3 to 4 when the season starts.

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

This just came to my Head. How about we add Training Camps were we can send 1 or more player to a camp to get better at a specific Skill like Jump Shot or Inside Def. But you would half to pay a certain amount to send your Player their.

I think this is a great idea. However, it shouldn't cost money directly, but the effect of your camp should be dependent on your trainer's skill level. If it is felt that training ought to be faster, it could be possible to gain more than one week's worth of training in training camp, perhaps even up to the extent of being able to pop a skill two levels in one offseason.
