No, its once a Season, this season starts on 1st June, next time will be 3 month later at the beginning of Season 10

I think he can be a good SF, SF must be completed player.
Main habilities, I Defense, O Defense, J Shot, I Shot.
A good initial train for SF its one on one. He improve driving, handling, IS and JS. 7-8 weeks, then train Odefense

If I were you I'd train him as a SG. He can be a sharp shooter with a reasonable OD but his driving and handling are almost hopeless making him hard to be trained as a SF.

Wherever you choose to play him you need to get his handling and passing up to inept/mediocre level or he will be a turnover machine.
