i still think that, you should consider that asking a fair but not to low price is important especially for guys who only could sell their players in the night but also as protection against instable servers who appears from time to time. And a percentual fee will give their a big imbalanced and dissappointed players(because they maybe had to list a player more times, or sell them way to low because they are few interest online/or even worse the tl was down which avoid bidding wars who usually appears 5 minutes before the end).

If you punish selling high prices player like that, this could be pretty unfair, and would lead to lot afdvantes through friendly or planned transfers.

Remember those "+" at team transfers? They were removed because GM-s could not manage the reports (nomatter if there were a lot of fake reports). So if GM-s work with only transfer reports they have less time to adress other issues.
Why do you have to list your player to show theyr skills? Send a BB-mail or post in the forums. If you agree on a price then list him, if you have given the wrong skills the player will not be bought. Simple.

Sending a BB-Mail to managers that don't ask you about that player is clearly signed in rules as spamming and punishable of sanctions. And if the other managers doesn't know the skill of my players,I'll never find a agrrement with them
The transfer threads was closed all over the world because of the Gm overrun problems,so also to post players in the forum can be punishable, and however the post will be deleted
You can wrote in private federations if you are a supporter,as happened nowadays(and this give a great advantage in-game to who is supporter nowadays, ndr),or maybe if someone organize it,in some kind of external forum

So,you cannot seriouslt think to introduce tax on players not sold on the market...

This is not really the case - we just felt it would be better to direct our GMs to handle other tasks, it wasn't due to a lack of GMs.

I will say it again. If your player does not sell, he is listed too high. It does not matter when his deadline will be. I also disagree about the server stability. Players that end up in bidwars have initial bids on them -> thus they are not in danger of getting taxed anyway. 1% is low enough of a tax to pay for that one miss valued transfer listing. It's high enough to discourage listing your player 10 times in a row for obviously above the players value.

i was in enough bid wars, to know that players starting with 50-75% of the end price when they start with nothing.(in a range betwenn 1-2 Mio)

And why is the price to high, amaybe in the european evening oyou got 2+ guys who are willing to pay 4 Mio for a player, if he was selled then for this price because they raised each other to this point you will say it is ok, right?
But if you sell those player in the deepest nigth of europe, maybe none to one player is intrested for it, and he would get a final price about 3 mio because the guy who bough him just bought because he knows he make a good deal with it ... Why isn't he allowed to sell the same player for the same 4 mio, even if he had to list him 2-3 times?

If someone is interested in your player they will prolly send you a BB-mail.
Is posting player skills in forum forbidden? To my knowledge you can not link players that are transfer listed. You can post your whole teams skills if you want to as long as they are not transfer listed.
You could write: I'm interested in selling my player [player=blablabla] waiting for offers via BB-mail. Or you could just list your player for a reasonable price (or a bit below it if you are unsure of his value).
There is no need to spam anyone. I'm going to say it once more, if the price is right -> player will always be sold.

Sorry?Aren't we saying the same thing? If Gms can handle all the work, there should be no reason for that decision. If you,as BBs,take it,was because you felt this kind of problem,as was saying many times in the Global forum
But this wasn't the point of the thread,so it would be better to return IT

for terms of selling it is forbidden, for terms of showing it is allowed but if you don't give it a good subject why - it will be closed soon.

This is exactly what is intended as spam, and who try to do this,in any kind of internal BB forum, will see closed and cancelled the post or the thread
You can post the skills of your players in the forums only if you're asking some help for improving your team,or have to respond to some users question, but surely not for advertising your players(otherwise would be a non-sense decision to close one transfer thread,to open other hundreds of them)

You are pushing too many if's into the equation now. If server was down, if there are 2 bidders, if you listed him in bad transfer time.
It does not matter. If there is a player I want, listed in the middle of the night (for me) I will set an alarm clock and buy him in the middle of the night. If you have a player that is worth about 4mil. Would you list him @ 6mil? That is the question. Anyone going for a great player sale will always try to aim for that "most users online" time. Yes players have different value depending on sale time, regular season faze etc. Fact still remains that when you have listed your player 3+ times, you should doubt your players worth (perhaps reconsider the selling price), at the moment you can keep listing until some misfortunate or unexperienced manager makes a mistake. This tax would help discourage constant high listing behavior.
