for the teams that would like to add a nice malaysian NT player to their squad, SF Zailizam bin Md Noh (6443211) is on the TL at the moment.

He has quite high sub levels on ID, RB and IS.

I got a bid already which with I am quite happy with, but would like to see him go to a malaysian team who will continue his inside training...

Just want to know what's the minimum potential need to train a goo NT? Is pre-star sufficient?

There's no minimum potentail, only minimum skill sets for a player to be considered for NT. However, choosing a higher potential player to train will allow the player to realise his maximum skill sets in the long run, which will be good for NT.

As a hint, if you are buying a new 18yo player to train for the intention of getting him into NT when he is old enough, then a Superstar (at least, with 4k+ salary) will be a good start. But if you are already having a Starter, for eg, in your squad and you think he possesses decent starting skills, then by all means train him. He may not enter NT in the future, but if you are training him well, he can do only good for your team in the future.

Happy training!
