i don't look that much on the ratings since the new GE, maybe thats the reason ;) But the BB stated that they changed the calculation from relativ to absolute difference because of this problematic with the higher skills, and i am not sure if they changed the calculation after the ge changes i believe that there was some complains after that because of this but i am not so sure.
