Why should I do that? I've nothing against you or you idea's and to be honest, I didn't saw that your post was from 5/6/2011. Sorry for that ;-)
I only wanted to explain why your suggestions weren't implemented before.

I'm not even sure why people think this is an issue. It is a free market, people should be able to list for whatever price they want. And people should be able to buy for any price they want (excluding cheaters). So what if there are a few extra players on the market that you have to sift through, it isn't hurting anyone. If you set your transfer search criteria properly this is rarely an issue anyway, set a max price, set the skills you are looking for, and ignore the ones you aren't interested in. Seems quite simple.

Note that the player is a free agent, so no owner is profiting from the sale.

It's an overbuy, but his price was driven up from $0 one way or another. Not the best example of TLing gone haywire or whatever.
