I trained a 6'8" 28 year old in passing and had two pops. The elastic effect on secondaries is looking promising.

For the 2nd year in a row, I trained game shape this week.

Ladies and gentlemen, this kind of management is how you obtain the #1 ranking in the US!

I played tennis in HS as well, All-League last season ;) Went to HS in Palm Springs.

Ooh ooh, another former high school tennis player here. Won a conference doubles title back in my day in Pennsylvania.

I'd talk to wozz about how to get a database going, and maybe try to get some kind of offsite forum going. Then basically bb-mail everyone since I'm sure there arent that many, get the D1 managers involved. Smaller countries can succeed, though in Europe it will be very difficult.

I was in the same boat as you when I started coaching New Zealand.

Just start threads on the forums about the team, start a thread about training (like announcing their weekly club pops), set up an offsite (can be done later), talk to owners in their league forums, and BB-mail lots of owners asking if they have questions or need help with training/lineups/etc. People will start to stick with the game longer and the userbase will grow. It's quite rewarding. Now I wish I had stayed longer...
