Hope you wont really want me to count the number XD

i like to ;) Cause i don't see the trend.

My B3 rounds: 2 times SG, 4* SF, 1* C(who performs real bad) as SF starter

In my roster the order is SG, SF and then PF while you could discuss if the PF is not the best but he is even better as a PF and needed there most.

U21 WC last 6 games, i count all who played most times at SF(above 5min):
PG: 4
SG: 12
SF: 2
PF: 2
C: 4

NT last three games(4 teams):
PG III
SG I
SF IIIII
PF III

this also result into the training time, which make it hard for them to be effective at U21 level. and the bad recognisation in SF of the system. My SG is for me clearly an SF, he lacks a bit in IS but this isn't even part of his salary afaik.

Plus, cross-training is just another stupid and non-sense thng but I wont discuss it in here
(No Off topic XD)
To me and prolly many managers, this is one of the best changes to the game by far. Sure it's a bit of a slap in SF trainers faces, but it's a great tool to discourage those monoskill monster trainers (lvl7 trainer, single position). Sure they get those few skills to wanted levels, but they lose more training (because of inequality in skills) while doing so.

I would say,it's uncomprehensible to see
training OD,pop up in PA
or training FT pop up in ID
It's nonsense though it can train more SF
but just stupid.

I don't even understand this suggestion. Coming from the U21 manager who decided to screw my player over just because of his allstar potential, I know you don't have a clue about anything. P.S. I am still angry about that. No B3 teams are even using 3C Look Inside. I have not read all the other posts, but they seem to be disagreeing with you. Pay more attention to things before making suggestions.

First,I have never told you I dont recruit your player because of his potential.
You can see there is pot6 in U21 too.Second,he is not good enough when comparing with other guards.
That's the truth and you better face it but not to blame for me.

I should re-state my stance in a better way.
Actually, not only 3C LI but I know many teams using PG as SF or PF on SF
actually except the oustside skills, PF and C are quite similar in inside's power.

We can't see TD,KG,Dirk play in SF in games but it often happens in BB
the statement in BB :
Realistic basketball action. Play the most advanced basketball simulation and coaching AI ever released. Watch games live on a state-of-the-art viewer

i get shocked when i see Odom or Marion play SF, and you can say that they are PF at least that play it quite regulary. I am not the biggest NBA dude, but at least in my "home" league we had some PF who play SF quite often. And also a bunch of player who could replace the Pointguard, even our NT runs our point with an SF for some time.

For example my PG have 9 ID, IS and 8 Reb , my backup Center have fllowing Guard skills and would be still a C when he had 3 OD more:

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: respectable
Driving: average Passing: strong

If you play BB shaq here on SF you get trouble, but there are player who have the skill set to play multiple position or maybe aren't detected on the position most of us will play them ;)

And for your example, in my eyes Tim Duncan had more the skillset as an C but he would be still remembered as one of the best PF maybe even the best PF. Is it unrealistic? Also i think Garnett was a SF at least for a stint(2001/02 i am sure), and played it from time to time. In germany we had many PF playing also SF, of my favorite team the two PF backups also play SF and the main 2 SF helps often at the point in the last season really unrealistic those reality ;)
