LOL i take back my words after looking at the Div III.6 teams. I have to say that is abnormal for a div III in Australia, and I was surprised to see Naker's name among the group. Now I'm feeling a kind of relieve myself but also feeling pitiful for the teams in III.6 just to fight for staying in a Div III league. Our league is definitely less competitive compare to Div III.6, I would consider myself lucky to be put in this league.

Got to start knowing better about the BB world outside of my own league :P

Your doing fine, ZinGa. My mate and work colleague is a DIv II team on the verge of maybe becoming an ABBL team and he introduced me to many of the guys I now call mates on BB. I'm actually very lucky as these mates are quite experienced. More interesting perhaps are the types of jobs these guys do. There are Chalkies, Sparkies, Lawyers and Doctors amongst our group and a wealth of real life and BB knowledge; it really makes for a more enjoyable experience.

Naker (Viral Infections), for example, a lawyer in real life, is notorious for buying and selling players constantly to make money. He is well know for the 'old' players he constantly buys and sells. He gets paid out about it but, he's doing something right as he's got a bucket load of cash a team and the experience to go all the way to the ABBL.

It's the people in BB that make BB what it is in my opinion.

With 6:38 left on the clock half way through the 3rd quarter, the Magick held a 52-50 lead and were looking good. Magick Centre, Vukolic, was unstoppable, scoring 17pts and 13 rebounds in his 29 minutes on court at that point...

...At that exact moment (6:38 min remaining), as a result of another attempted shot, the Magick's finals dreams ended as the big man, Vaksa Vukolic, known affectionately as the V-Man, was injured on the play. The game was over in that moment...

...for some unknown reason, Head Coach Michael jefferies put back-up Sf, Courtman into the Centre position! The pain started then, ending in a humiliating and undeserved defeat at the hands of XBB.

Magick management would like to congratulate XBB nonetheless...

:-(

Wow that sucks mate, but possibly a blessing in disguise, you were only going to have to face defeat against me as will XBB this week coming :D lol

This way you don't have to pay another week's salary :)

LOL Yeah, you're probably right. Congrats on your win incidentally. Urmummas had a big one too. Looking back on my earlier finals' predictions I'm on the money so far.

Good luck to Urmummas, GC Vikings, XBB and the Ozzy Roasters in the semis.

Wow a destructive win from URMUMMAs last night, I am glad as I am sure he will be spewing he didn't PON, naturally I did not have that option though managed to take care of XBB with one massive quarter. I would wish you luck UR MUM except I am still hoping to win this, so I will leave it with a 'May the best team win' cliche' comment :)

Congrates on your win tonight Schaboom! That was a good win with the HCA. However I noticed Urmummas didn't try his best in this one, they will have to win the next one at home then the tie-breaker at your home court enable to claim the prize.

Good luck to both of you

Yep, tell ya what though the value for money is in my roster not URMUMMAs..

Player salaries -

URMUMMAs - ~290k
VIKINGS - 213k

He must be struggling to make ens-meat with that cost, I am still making some profit, all be it small.. Well GL Yo Mummas, I will be bringing my A game though so don't expect a walk over :D
