Well, what do you mean "way" behind. A hypothetical big with all 8 guard skills is generally considered well rounded, but 8 is still *WAY* behind, say, a 17 or 18 inside skill. (E.g., the standard deviation among skills on a 8/8/8/8/8/8 - 17/17/17/10 guy is HUGE, so even though we might consider that guy "well rounded", a number of possible algorithms would see that guy and think mono-skilled monster). But this isn't the right thread for it, and perhaps based on Marin's comment we were seeing something unusual, not typical of the changes.

But unless I'm wrong, no one knows what the "worst-case scenario" is for cross-training, right? We know the average effect is 10%, but we don't know whether the range across players is 8-12%, or 5-20%, or 0-200%.

If one would step in and confirm that CT is NEVER applied to GS and/or that GS is never considered...that would be great....

i dont know how many games you played like this. but in no game will they give "secrets" price when it comes to the code and how thinks work... In most games the Josef Kas find out the truth about the code.

i dont care if your assumption is right or not. but i feel your pain. and i am not happy with CT either cause you have less flexibility how to train your player. wanted to train this player first to 20 OD. but after 5 weeks no OD pop with level 6 trainer i need to change my plan.

but we should talk somewhere else about this subject cause it isnt a bug.

Well can I gloat?? The last few weeks I've noticed three players with decreased stamina and only a few pop ups compared to the beginning of the previous season! Did you change anything ? If not then I'd love to take a look at my training history.

Can you check if there is any bug in this team's training? (89465)
The user argues that his player has no pop-up for weeks.

Thanks in advance!!! :)

There's nothing wrong with your training. You can't expect popups all the time, training is affected by many things. Also, I can't check every team that doesn't have one for a couple of weeks manually, it takes too much time.

A change in training has been made, but it's only a slight change, not that dramatic to feel a difference. Also, many people reacted quite well on getting secondary pops on skills they weren't used to.

Your player has the following matches as PG after OD popped on 10/14/2011:

Date Minutes

10/30/2011 48
10/28/2011 48
10/21/2011 9
10/19/2011 38

“None of my players popped up this week. Is this a bug?”
It is not a bug. Training takes time and players do not get a pop up every week. Training consists of sublevels, so even though you do not see a pop, the sublevel has increased and gotten closer to a pop up. Just make sure you get full training and you know your player is improving.

It seems you forgot to play him in PG position during 11/04/2011 game. This is not a bug it's just the player have not attained enough sublevel for a pop.
