I didn't thought that you will understand, but in this case, I'll try again...

The suggestion - A user who set himself to a position cannot vote. His vote is automatically set to himself.

On current system, a foreign candidate cannot vote to anyone.
On current system, a local candidate can vote to someone else... which is not logical whatsoever. If you don't like to vote to yourself, then remove yourself from the candidates list.

Isnt that the very opposite of what you said?

You said, nobody should be allowed to vote for himself.

This paragraphs I've written, and now quoting below, explained it all;
2) Another thing is not to allow self voting.
Who will not vote for himself?
There is a limitation that I do not find relevant - you can register to be next NT coach, but could not vote to yourself in case you are registering to a BB-nation that is not yours.

I understand that they want to eliminate a case that one big BB-nation will take "in costady" another BB-nation (bunch of users uniting and voting for a user from their home BB-nation at the other BB-nation (in case allowing all users who are registered to cast a vote at that BB-nation).

But, by elimination any voting of the users registered to be the next coach of that BB-nation (or more precisely defining that they are, by definition, voting to themselves), this problem is eliminated.

Again -
1) I think that a foreign BB-user should be allowed to vote in a campaign he is part of (as a candidate).
2) No reason to allow free-voting for candidates, in order of eliminating the option of "conquering" a smaller NT BB-nation by a bigger one.
3) There is a problem with micro-nation that will have no vote, in case there is only candidates, and no voters.
For that, it should be automatically defined as... auto-vote yourself in case you are a candidate.

A NT is a national team. If a country opts for hiring a foreign coach, great. But no person outside that country should be able to vote "just because". Great that you recognize the part about big nations "overrunning" micronations when you open up voting in advance, but why you try to eliminate the "starting advantage" of a coach from a country to become NT over a foreign coach is beyond me.

Let me remind you that we´re NOT discussing the case that there is no NT coach at all at SA u21, just that the coach left for good.

Your proposal is not helping that case. You´re proposing and changing and twisting "just because", and far off the core of the problem.

If the current NT coach is out, we pick the next in line in the election. If there is no one available, NT has RO wait for the next election.

How about picking the next one in line from the mens squad? There must be a way to get them a coach...
