Trust me when i say i'm doing my best but....

sooooo frustrating

Hopefully i can finish work early tomorrow plus a couple of other things so i can call up bigpond and get it fixed

if it does then, friday or saturday will be the next time you guys see an updatw.

Update on issue a tech guy is gonna test my line again. In other words they are gonna tell me to do the same bs which i tried today and in the end someone will end up coming over to try and resolve this issue.

I hate ISPs service, its quite crap really, they believe that the public is stupid and send out people to check up on things you've already tried out, even sometimes following instructions from the tech support guy. Annoying, huh?

So annoying.

Just like a tv show called the IT crowd where people answer call from people with it issuee and ask them to turrn the computer on and off again and it seems to work. That is a comedy however and a very funny one. For me being on the other end of that call is so frustrating.

Funniest thing is...

bigponds services are down so they can not actually access my computer atm. Need to call back tomorrow and hope that they have things sorted from their end.
