I see this has already gotten out of hand, so this will be my last post about this

It seems like YOU're the one who doesn't understand that we need not take this stuff SO seriously when managers play their players 100 minutes.

100 minutes is too much.
I will not play players that have bad Game Shape.
That's all.
It doesn't help managers to play their best players/ trainees in blow out cup games, scrimmages...

The players skills are updated on the offsite and tactics are also updated.

No ones disputing the message, in fact I think we all agree 100 minutes is far to many.

People just disagree with the way you deliver the message. This is surely not new to you on BB as the majority of your posts are very crunchy and cause this type of response.

Regardless I suggest you just let Sparky manage the team and stay out of it, otherwise this may be the only NT experience either of you get.

All of these stupid posts started from this:

Why is it so hard to get Canadian owners to understand game shape
2 U21 players played extended minutes
both played Cup games that their teams were sure to win without them
3rd game for both players
I know GS instructions have been sent out
but if you're training the future of Canada's NT, what else don't you know?

I have nothing against you or any anger towards you, I just dislike your posting style. And in case you haven't noticed I am not alone, you are constantly getting in these type of verbal battles. Perhaps a bit of reflection would be in order?

Whether you are trying to be funny or it's just who you are you always have to throw a few spears in your posts. Personally I couldn't care less but it does come across as derogatory and often appears you are talking down to others.

As the "advisor" to the U21 manager your actions would go a lot further if they were positive and not always venomous. Remember we all have a common goal and want positive results for the Canadian teams.

Fact is, I have posted thousands of times and you have focused in on the dozen or so that upset you.
Mine have rarely if ever been personal
the one that started the latest was broad based and not a personal attack
your responses to me have always been thus
you got a spur early and have zeroed in on anything since
much of what I write that would upset someone is tongue in cheek
here's a nickel that makes 7 cents...Really??!!
I think some folks are a little thin skinned
but good that they have a lawyer to protect them

Sparky I agree.

As someone who has been around BB for a long time and still enjoys the game, all I ask is that YOU run the team. People voted for you NOT your old man. If you have any interest in running again, we all want and need to see what you are capable of. Tell others to STFU and do your thing.
