my last sentence was a bit OT, for sure. But it means probably we will made same choice (but in this case not with same Minutes, i think....). And my luck will give less GS than my opponent on 3rd of october's training

In my mind, using GS 2 (x) times per season meanings i want to have the best roster in the next 2/3 matches. And i expect a "better" GS.. or at least not a decreasing. I should accept also a limit (as i told, 8 GS max, for example)

Just to define, i haven't, until now this season, GS problems because i'd Garbage in most of my matches, so my starting 5 does around 56-72 minutes per week, so no problem with game shape.

GS training makes managing the team and training kids a less attractive option.

The fact that GS is somewhat random even with next to perfect management is fine, the problem is that GS training is too effective. Reduce the effect by half or two thirds and it will not allow people to erase their mistakes completely, but it will still help those managers who manage their minutes and want to nullify the GS variability like the B3 teams (ie. if you manage your minutes correctly and use GS training you should be guaranteed that a drop will not occur)

if they do then get rid of player injury's too... games hape keep the player playing well in a way. Bad shape, bad stamina = injury.

stamina alone cant defend versus injury.

I said bad stamina and bad Gs = injury .. I said nothing minutes or managing them for my self or other wise.

Not a lot big time managers or managers over all use GS, Its a witch hunt for a excuse to remove something in my opinion. If they want get rid of that, then get of injuries. which really does hurt your team and give advantage . A player who is being paid and cant play hurt more than GS boost..

Just because you trained GS don't mean your going to win. A lot of championship teams on BB never trained it and won more. .

game shape training tuned in a lower way and 2 weeks new players "game shape block" seems doesn't work very well:

(14597447) 5 to 8
(13516896) 6 to 9
(13498146) 6 to 8

at least
(12014477) 6 to 7
(14694187) 6 to 7

i think GS for new bought players should be the less effective possible, or it is still possible to buy 5 older and higher salary player on monday of the last week and try to promote... a kind of "half season tanking"

Why not make Stamina training single-position? Doesn't bail you out if you mismanaged your whole teams minutes, but allows you to get a players GS up on an individual basis.

I see where you're coming from, but if more than one player on my team has low stamina, and I want to get it above inept, for example, then that would be a big inconvenience. Plus, if training stamina was changed to a 1-pos./2-pos. format, wouldn't players have to train it for longer periods as they age?
