Being BB trainers they must know that trainees absolutely need that 48+ and that your star players should not play more than 80 minutes.
So, the team is 40 points up/down in a real game or any result in a scrimmage.
What will any trainer do? He does ensure that his trainees get that 48+ or as much as possible, and share minutes between players to look after the GS and stamina
What BB trainers do? EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE.
So the game not only has got artificial and stupid rules for training players, but also works against you when you try to follow them.
