i was training outside defense, but for the short week (2 matches) i came back to 1v1 forwards, as we start the new season, ill be training OD again for quite a while. After that Inside Defense, then Inside Shooting, then some passing, the idea is to have high ofensive abilities (outside shooting, penetration and inside shooting), high outside defence and decent passing, inside defence and shooting range.
