You and Norman Black were part of my staff when i was in NT... since Black has his NT responsibilities, I would be seeking your aid as one of the NT scouts... good help is hard to find, so i hope that you'll have ample time for the NT, anyways... work will be easier now than before because of the NT pool right?

One more staff to help with devastator is the Philippine community. what i mean is, helping the NT and U21 is voluntary... I don't force anyone to scout their league, and i would like to give everyone their chance to contribute also... that's how Devastator started, and look where he is right now.

Thank you.

We both lost our teams at the same time kaya I felt that I should help. And look at where we are now. We can challenge na for the top 4 playoff spot sa conference natin. :)

Kaya nga I am an advocate of mentoring talaga, instead of just finding players. We can have a looong list of 18 year old players with 5000 salary, pero a few lang know how to train them.

Like I said, if we can find 10 or 20 dedicated managers who will train their players for the next 2-3 seasons, then we'll be okay. If we communicate with them properly, we can request them to "sculp" their players according to a particular build, like a pure PG, a super defensive SF, and such.

Mentoring talaga is the way to go.

Ang issue ko lang dyan is you should practice what you preach. Why should I allow you to sculp the build of my player if you are not doing the same? I will be sacrificing my training for 2-3 seasons para maximized ang pops tapos pag napromote naman sa NT/U21, kailangan ko naman bantayan ang minutes.

Kc, training a player naman is not sacrificing as is.

What I meant by molding a player is for example have a profi JS, profi OD, tapos promi inside skills. Meaning, sa lahat ng training na gagawin mo for the next few seasons, kasama ung player na un. I will not be sacrificing if he can be your star player for years to come and help you win games, is it?

About sa minutes, sa simula pa lang ng training, ginagawa na yan. ~_~

Sige halimbawa a team has 2 real good young guard trainees and is training them now. So malakas ang outside game nya. In comparison, his inside game is very weak. This draft he gets a 5 star PF na ok idevelop. What should this manager do now?

Off topic: Right now, I wouldn't mind voting for JSmoove kasi si Katcha naman ang GM natin so even if he is not the U21 manager, I am sure he will still play a major role for us.

Post the stats of the PF sa transfer thread, find a buyer who will train the PF, tapos they can talk about how much ung minimum price, and what day and time itransfer.

Timing is important kc merong time na onti ung online users, so less kalaban sa bids, and to make sure that the buyer is online at that time.

@Devastator

Curious lang ako, where do you spend your money? hehe. Kasi i can see you have very good back court players already, but i dont see you spending much on players. So san napupunta pera mo? Even if you focus train, supposedly may mabibili ka parin na good front court player with a salary of around 12k-15k.

Stadium? Malaki kc gap ng top teams saken before, so I made an effort na habulin ung capacity. Kc if I want to compete with them, dapat na I should be at par with them sa revenues.

EDIT:

message wasn't for me pala. :p

Arena improvements. Max scouting.

I estimate na profit margin ko this season is around 50k/week not counting cup bonuses and arena constructions. Di rin naman ako mabenta ng top notch players.

This season i will save for a level 7 trainer. tsaka as much as possible ayoko muna bumili ng players na over 10k ang sweldo. Next season pag nabenta si Pinongan tsaka ako bibili ng player na over 10k ang sweldo kasi alam ko na kaya na ng economy ko magbayad ng ganun kamahal.

So paano na yung kawawang manager? Mahina pa rin ang inside game nya.

Why?

Look, if he has an 18 year old player na multiskill, he can sell it for potentially a million. This is an 18 year old with respectable skills at most. With that money that he gets for selling a player he can buy a slightly older player, like 19-20 with proficient- prominent inside skills for the same price.

The manager with the young guards can still continue training them, will get a stronger frontcourt player, his draftee could potentially end up in the u 21 as well, and buyer gets a trainee.

Win-win for both managers and the NT.
