Not worth training in my opinion as skills arn't good enough for a 19 year old. Height only affects training but at that height training big man skills will be slow anyway.

yea... height only affects training... not during the actual game :)

there's no down side to have lets say an all respectable (all skills the same basically) skill 6"0 center match up with a 10"10 center...

will be affected by gameshape and enthu... but not height

the down side is that he takes longer to train in inside skills

I'm wondering how much longer I can train this guy for without it being necessary to move on...I plan on training him in JS for the rest of the season (how high do you think that'll put JS on him?) and then next season return to single position training in handling, passing, and OD. Can somebody please tell me what they expect his skills to be like at the end? Also, the season after that, he'll be 22....Should I move on to training different players or is he still young enough to get something out of?

Well you can train him to whatever age you want. Usually those good players are the ones that still get trained even when their 24 and 25

I would not bother training him he will Cap after 2 seasons of training, which means he will never be a great player.
